1- Don't eat these things on an empty stomach-

     banana

     Sweet potato

     tomatoes

     curd

     tea Coffee
                          




2- Fenugreek seeds-

                                  

Soak a few fenugreek seeds in water and eat it daily. Its diuretic quality is beneficial in removing urine problem.

3- Carom seed -

                                

Grind black sesame and Carom seed and make a ladoo by mixing a little jaggery and eat it daily. Repeated urine is very effective to remove the problem.

4- Dry ginger-

                                    

Grind a little dry ginger, Carom seed and fenugreek seeds, take it with honey twice a day, this mixture is very beneficial in removing urine related problem.

5- Sesame and jaggery-

                                      

Eat a few sesame seeds with jaggery daily, the vitamins, fiber and antioxidants present in it give relief in the problem of frequent urine.

6- Roasted gram-

                                  

Eat a handful of roasted gram with a little jaggery daily, calcium, iron, polyphenols and antioxidants present in it is beneficial in removing the problem of frequent urine.

7- Use of Carom seed in stomach pain-

                                   

Grind the carom seed on a griddle and sieve it and keep it in an airtight container. If you have stomach pain, eat half a teaspoon of Carom seed powder with lukewarm water, your stomach pain will disappear within 5 minutes of eating it.

8- Use of Carom seed to remove gas-

                                   

Grind 10 grams of Carom seed and 10 grams of rock salt and keep it in an airtight container in the morning, afternoon, evening immediately after eating and eat two sips with warm water in 4 days. This will remove the gas problem.

9- To improve the color-

                                  

boil Mix one teaspoon of gram flour, one teaspoon of cream and a pinch of turmeric and apply it on the face after 15-20 minutes, wash the face with water, do it thrice a week.

10- Cumin - 

                                   

is a very good source of iron. Anemia is cured by regular intake, cumin is very useful for the relief of stomach diseases and acidity.
