Problems due to obesity:
Obesity is a type of
disease. Excessive hunger and thirst, fatigue with little work, puff up, excessive sweating and

flesh or on it. Due to which blood circulation does not go smoothly, high blood
pressure or low blood pressure becomes, pain and swelling also increases in
various organs and joints of the body.
Due to obesity, the
immune system of the body not only decreases, but also due to problems in liver
and spleen, problems like diabetes, hemorrhoids, mild fever, Fistula, heart
disease, gas start to arise.
Solution for obesity:
A person who is obese should wake up in the morning and drink half a lemon juice in a glass of stale water or a glass of water, do yoga, sun-bath and massage oil.
In the morning breakfast, two
biscuits or two bread slices with less milk tea and evening meal should be
taken only in the breakfast. In the afternoon, after eating raw vegetables or
their salad and after eating 3-4 rotis(bread)
with lentils, one should drink lukewarm water and walk at least 200 steps.
If obesity increases
more then rice, Black gram, horse gram, Red Kidney Beans, okra, cauliflower,

ingredients made from Water chestnut, almonds, dates, cashews, walnuts, milk

Foods include wheat, barley
