Use of water along with food is also very important. Do not drink too much water in between meals, but after drinking some water, drink one or two glasses of water after 1 hour of the meal. 5-6 liters of water should be drunk in 24 hours.

It helps a lot in digestion. It is said that half of the stomach is food, fourth part should be from water and the remaining quarter should be for air circulation.

 The person who follows it never bothers the stomach. Taking very cold water after eating is very harmful for digestive juices. Because the hot food inside the stomach is warm, and accordingly the different digestive juices are released at the same temperature. If we drink very cold water then the digestion of food is adversely affected and the digestive juices become inactive.

If we eat food at 12:00 pm in the day, then at 12:00 pm every day we feel hungry. The reason for this is that the secretion of digestive juices starts at the same time. If we do not eat at that time, the digestive juices start digesting the endings of the stomach and intestines, due to which we may complain of gastric ulcer and peptic ulcer. When the first meal is digested, only the second meal should be eaten. Otherwise, half-cooked food can complain of amoebic in the stomach.

 If sago, gram, black gram, brinjal, jackfruit etc. are cooked together in a vessel, sago will be cooked in 10 minutes, gram, black gram will take time to cook, brinjal will be made quickly, jackfruit will take very long. By the time gram, black gram, jackfruit are fully cooked, the sago and brinjal will become immaterial. Such a combination can never produce good results. One or two equally digested items should be taken at a time.
