health of the body.
Our life has become such an escape that
the person is not able to do the necessary work in life satisfactorily.

so early to go to office or business in the morning that after eating breakfast

minutes. Now bought fast food and used it while walking on the way or waiting

Chew food well:
We have no time left to eat food for
which we have lost our entire precious life. Is it healthy to do this? While
eating food, each gulp should be chewed slowly so that the saliva inside the
mouth mixes well in it. First digestion of food starts with saliva. If
half-chewed food is swallowed in a hurry, So the work of the mouth also has to
be done by the stomach. In this way, the stomach has to do double work.
Use of water correctly:
Use of water along with food is also
very important. Do not drink too much water in between meals, but after
drinking some water, drink one or two glasses of water after 1 hour of the
meal. 5-6 liters of water should be drunk in 24 hours.
It helps a lot in digestion. It is said
that half of the stomach is food, fourth part should be from water and the
remaining quarter should be for air circulation.
The person who follows it never bothers the
stomach. Taking very cold water after eating is very harmful for digestive
juices. Because the hot food inside the stomach is warm, and accordingly the
different digestive juices are released at the same temperature. If we drink
very cold water then the digestion of food is adversely affected and the
digestive juices become inactive.
Do not eat frequently:
We should have food at fixed time. Due
to taste or habit, eating again and again has become our habit. The way we mold
our body, it will change. If we eat food at 12:00 pm in the day, then at 12:00
pm every day we feel hungry. The reason for this is that the secretion of
digestive juices starts at the same time. If we do not eat at that time, the
digestive juices start digesting the endings of the stomach and intestines, due
to which we may complain of gastric ulcer and peptic ulcer. When the first meal
is digested, only the second meal should be eaten. Otherwise, half-cooked food
can complain of amoebic in the stomach.
Do not shrink the nose while eating:
Food is our life, it is life, we should
have reverence like medicine and a feeling like Prasad. How many of us are such
people whose food of choice is not prepared, then they leave only the food
while cheering. In fact, hunger is a disease and food is its medicine.
The properties of the drug are seen, not the
taste. If tasty food is without quality and is harmful, then what is the
benefit of eating it? If the mind is suffering from grief and anxiety due to
any other reason, then food should not be taken at that time, because the law
of nature is that there is no hunger at the time of exhaling, the pace of
digestion slows down. At that time nothing should be eaten.
Food should not be excessive:
The lower the bowl in the plate, the
more convenience there will be in eating, the more the stomach gets
comfortable. It is known by all that some of the food is cooked very quickly,
some is cooked very late.
Their actions are different in the stomach as
well as in the intestines.
If sago, gram, black gram, brinjal, jackfruit
etc. are cooked together in a vessel, sago will be cooked in 10 minutes, gram, black
gram will take time to cook, brinjal will be made quickly, jackfruit will take
very long. By the time gram, black gram, jackfruit are fully cooked, the sago
and brinjal will become immaterial. Such a combination can never produce good
results. One or two equally digested items should be taken at a time.
